About this cottage rental
Entry is from the courtyard into the warm and inviting lounge of this stunning cottage. There is tiled luxury underfloor heating throughout the ground floor. Two leather sofas, Smart TV, DAB radio, I-Pod docking station.
Through the archway you enter the dining kitchen which offers a stunning kitchen with Bosch integrated appliances including induction hob, quartz worktops and laundry facilities including washer/dryer.
Upstairs the master bedroom provides bespoke very comfortable kingsize bed, high ceilings, and a modern ensuite shower room.
There is a cosy second bedroom with double bed and a third bedroom with two single beds. Each bedroom has TV, stylish furniture, luxury linens and quality furnishing.
The owners provide complimentary WI-FI, Cole & Lewis hand soaps, and some towels.
There are two allocated car parking spaces on the private Bridge Complex car park for guest convenience.

Probably the best apartment within the complex that we have resided in.
The fridge is a godsend compared to one in other apartments. The TV is very good, and all TVs should be upgraded to pro standard - it doesn't cost much these days.
Great to have a folder of instruction manuals, which should be de rigueur in all apartments (think of the age of your clients). Keep it simple.
The only disappointing part of the Cottage was the downstairs underfloor heating, which was impossible to control within a short space of time. I know there is a wood-burning stove, but some people find them unsafe. Maybe an extra heater of some ilk to get instant gratification in the warmth department.
The washer/dryer needs some maintenance as it doesn't dry. (It looks and feels as if it is, but alas flatters to deceive.
You might think, this is a lot of complaints, but most are simply fixed, and I, for one, would welcome mails like this to maintain a high standard of accommodation.
Otherwise, enjoyed it immensely and will be back. Regards to Lucy for helping out with the Tassimo coffee machine.

Brilliant cottage, excellent situation. The only downside is that the tennis court has been so neglected. This could be a fantastic facility if it was properly maintained, and it wouldn't take so much work.

Another fabulous stay at Bridge Cottage, everything you need for a family holiday and perfectly located for town and walks,
we were very lucky with the weather and enjoyed eating outside in the beautiful garden,, looking forward to returning next year .
