Villa La Seta is a modern holiday home with swimming pool and solarium in Puglia, in San Vito dei Normanni. It`s a charming villa with airy and bright rooms that accommodates up to 10 guests. Small pets are allowed.

Villa
La Seta is an entirely fenced estate with electric gate, driveway, lawn
and centennial olive trees. At the back of the villa there is a modern swimming pool and, all around it, comfortable beach beds where you can get a tan. Moreover, there is a gazebo with outdoor furniture, the ideal area if you want to relax in the garden.
The two-floor villa is introduced by a big porch with oudoor dining area. On theground floor there are the living room with dining table, sofa, tv and open kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 full bathroom. On the basement floor there are 3 bedrooms, two of which are double while the third is a twin bedroom, a bathroom and a living room with sofa.
The surroundings of Villa La Seta
Villa La Seta is in the countryside of San Vito dei Normanni,
a town near Brindisi with the main services and a beautiful and worth
visiting old town centre. The closest beaches are in the nature reserve of Torre Guaceto, which is only 10 kilometers away.
The
villa is close to other known old town centres such as Ostuni, Ceglie
Messapica and Mesagne, where you can discover historic and artistic
spots or dine in typical restaurants.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Pool available from May to October.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the two corridors.

Very friendly host! Good spacious home with beautiful maintained garden. Lovely swimming pool area. The house has 2 levels but not connected from within. Quite impractical and it was not clear to us from the adv. The village and shops are close, not so alive. The kitchen has not so much tableware for the 5 of us, no kettle. Nice that there were bottles of water, a bottle of Puglia wine and coffee cups (Lavazza Modo Mio). Good beds! The atmosphere in the house is clean and neat, but not very cozy. We lived outside, so no problem for us. Puglia is lovely, with cozy villages and beaches, good food and weather! Thank you!

The villa was as seen on VRBO, they need to have written instructions for the garbage and the bins needed for pickup. They could also add a toaster or microwave, the kitchen was stocked well for cooking but could use a peeler and grill tools. Other than that our stay was great.
