Very handy location for Sheringham. Near the town centre and the beach, yet far away enough to enjoy "local" time, rather than just tourist time.
It was quiet and peaceful, as the flat is far away enough from the main road.
Very comfortable bedroom and well appointed bathroom. Nice big living room.
We will definitely use this flat again when returning to Sheringham.
The flat needs a deep clean to remove cobwebs and to give all appliances and windows a deep clean.
The neighbour's courtyard, which has to be crossed to access the back door to the property is full of junk. Nothing the owners of this lovely flat can do about it, I guess! Don't let it put you off, as there is also a front entrance which is free of junk.

No enclosed area for dogs. Little expensive. Not great to sit outside.

Steep steps down from the car parking area at the rear(but very substantial hand rails both sides of steps) first impressions coming down the steps is the shabby state of the first property and the rubbish outside.(not the Host property.

Modern facilities large bath shower toilet room, bed was comfy large open plan lounge dining room kitchen.
Shower floor base needed replacing as big 150mm crack with silicone over crack which came away, all filter blocked every second shower water filled up to edge, having to leave cover off to drain excess water. Bedroom cupboard sliding mirror door on the left had large 300mm crack 100mm from bottom edge needs replacing, steep steps front and rear of property not ideal for elderly or disabled not fit for purpose if with wheelchair no access, no view through window as in a hollow front windows frosted bathroom & front door
