Filippos Green Villa

Our family stayed here late May 2025 and enjoyed every minute of our holiday. We were met a the property by Johanna from Rhodes Holiday Villas. Johanna arranged for a taxi to bring us to the villa for free early check-in and, as our flight home wasn't until 8pm, also managed to arrange free late check-out for us as well! We were shown around the property and also given lots of information and links through WhatsApp of things to do in the area including day trips, local shops, restaurants and bars. The Villa is exactly as shown in the pic's and is spread over 3 floors. The ground floor has 1 large kitchen/dining area with TV & PlayStation, plus 2 double bedrooms and a separate bathroom. Floor 1 has a medium sized kitchen/dining area with 2 double bedrooms and a separate bathroom. Floor 2 is the roof space with a number of couches, chairs and tables, and could be used a communal area. An internal staircase links all floors, but if there were 2 separate families holidaying together, then you can also access the first floor via an external staircase which leads to the veranda area, should the families want to maintain a degree of privacy. The pool is cleaned every day. We decided not to hire a car this time around in order to give us the flexibility to stop and have a few drinks whenever we felt like. Instead we either got taxis direct from the villa to the bars/restaurants in Ialysos beach (anywhere between €10-20 seemed to be the going rate), or walked (around 30 mins). When going to Rhodes Town Centre we walked from the villa to the bus stop on the main road (15 mins). Tickets are either €3 on the bus or €2.50 if bought from the shop next to the bus stop. The bus takes around 25 mins to reach the centre of Rhodes. Rhodes Old Town and the harbour are stunning, with a vast array of restaurants and bars - a ferry trip to Symi is a must! All in all we loved our stay and would definitely come back!

Struggling to think of anything negative about this villa. At a stretch, the pool being heated would top-off what is an already excellent properly. That said, come the summer months, the pool is likely to be naturally heated given the extra amount of sunshine and, given the temperatures, a cooler pool may be preferred anyway!

Locatie was fantastisch, buitenruimte helemaal super, vader eigenaar had voor verse eieren gezorgd, fruitmand en fles wijn. met Pasen nog een mooie Paasmand gekregen, dus dat was super.

Als eerste gasten van het seizoen was nog niet alles op orde. Verlichting was niet helemaal in orde in het huis, hebben een paar tips achtergelaten bijv, qua bedlampjes, kleine dingen die het toch iets aangenamer maken. Vader eigenaar paar keer geweest om wat dingen te repareren, maar dit hadden ze volgens ons wel iets beter kunnen voorbereiden.

Beautiful house in great location The house is located in a very praceful area just 5 minutes from the beach. The city center is 10 minutes away by car. Wandering cats around the property add to the atmosphere! The pool was clean and the owner very polite and friendly! A value for money option! Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay at Filippos Villa, a lovely place to be. We were welcomed by the Rhodes Holidays agent. We also met the property owner, Mr Filippos, who was more than happy to assist us with everything we needed. We spent several mornings and evenings near the pool and barbeque area. We will miss the peace of this garden! It exceeded our expectations (fully equipped place)! Highly recommended!
