Calidad precio es perfecto!
La habitación tiene aire acondicionado, el apartamento es amplio, esta cerca al centro histórico, tiene tv, ventiladores, utensilios básicos de cocina...
El anfitrión muy pendiente y atento siempre
.... la ubicación si bien es céntrica, es un poco complicada respecto a la seguridad (muchos habitantes de calle alrededor)
Lo que por supuesto no tiene nada que ver con la calidad del apto.

Perfect place to see a more local side of Rio. Well stocked kitchen and the home has everything you need.
Location is not right for first time visitors. If you’re also staying closer to the beach but want to see a different side of the city as well then it’s perfect.

Great setup for 2 people.
Quiet flat.
All kitchen tools available and large fridge.
No microwave which we did not expected.
Air conditioning in bedroom and fan in small sitting room were sufficient for comfort.
Bathroom was great, especially shower and washing machine.
Thank you for extra time.
The only reason I gave a little lower marks for facility and comfort was that our third person couldn’t sleep on the couch very well.
I would suggest to have a futon to put on top of the couch if 3 people stay at the apartment.
