Rude and disrespectful male guests of next room woke us up in mid of night. They made rowdy noises, cheering, music, shouting and hand clapping, and they did not care anybody else in the building. We woke up and couldn't go back to sleep. It was so unfortunate as we stayed only one night, we needed a good night sleep in order to catch an early flight the next day. No 24/7 security front desk is the problem of this hotel. I reported this situation to Ethereal. The only response from Ethereal is an apology saying this would not happen again. But how to control the situation if no front desk security at night?? The location right in Syntagma SQ is fantastic that it is walkable to Acropolis and the Market, etc. The front desk lady was so nice and courteous to us.
