An excellent property in a quiet area with excellent communication all the way though with the rental company. Couldn’t fault it and will definitely book again.

Lovely clean accommodation. Excellent location to walk into the town centre - 10 min walk to the city walls and 20 min drive to the zoo. Good neighbourhood with pub and Chinese takeaway 5 mins away.

Location for exploring Chester was great. Bed linen and towels were all clean and the decor was nice overall. However, we did feel the property didn’t feel very clean. Eg. Carpets/floors, visible stains on the sofa, shower screen was green and mouldy and there was a strong cigarette smell that we couldn’t get rid of. We had issues using the heating, despite messaging the host for help the thermostat still didn’t work and we had to turn it on and off via the boiler which meant it was either freezing or boiling hot. Overall we had an ok stay but wouldn’t have wanted to stay much longer and probably wouldn’t return.The property appears much smarter in the listing than in reality
