About this cabin rental
A short drive less than 45 minutes from Louisville Kentucky will bring you to High Ridge Cabins which provide you a peaceful getaway from the City. If you are looking to just rest and enjoy nature or you are wanting a day filled with attractions and local restaurants you can have both here. We are located less than 3 minutes from Squire Boone Cave and Ziplines, and also a short drive to many other Parks, Rivers, and hiking trails. Some of the best local food joints are just a short drive across the Ohio river in Brandenburg Kentucky or 15 minutes North in Corydon Indiana.
The Cabin has a full Kitchen, bath and bedding on each bed. Towels and toiletries are provided as well. Outside there is a firepit, picnic table, charcoal grill and a set of corn hold boards for some friendly competition! There is a covered front porch with a swing and relaxing chairs to sit and enjoy the view. The back covered porch offers a private hot tub with a view overlooking the hillside.

The cabin was very clean with everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning cooled the entire cabin, including the loft bedroom area. There was a hot tub, however, we never had a chance to use it. This is a one bathroom cabin and we had 3 adults staying there, the only suggestion I would give is to add a mirror and small table in the loft area. We hope to return in the future and spend more time. The cabin is a nice relaxing getaway.

Very relaxing, however the laminated rules/chores lists posted everywhere was a buzzkill. I didn't rent a cabin in the woods to behave myself or think about responsibility. I get it though, they want their property to continue to be a nice property.
