Great location, quiet and plenty of room. Loved the farm animals and the beautiful surrounds. Only 5 min drive from town

The location was lovely- very quiet, lots of birdsong. Surrounded by sheep & lambs, horses, the lovely countryside. Close to Lanark & New Lanark & close enough to meet up with family. The owner was extremely nice & very helpful.
More china & cutlery would be better. Also instructions for the cooker, dishwasher etc. No info re recycling or whether to strip the bed etc.

Lovely little cottage with everything you could possibly need supplied. Toiletries tea cofee sugar washing up liquid and more. It’s quite dated the furniture etc but we liked that. Staff on the working farm are all lovely and polite but literally leave you to it with the door open and key inside on arrival. Myself my husband and 18 year old son would definitely stay again.
Beds are a little hard and mouldy shower curtain
