About this house rental

We've got Tahoe views and family-friendly privacy at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac above the crowds. Enjoy Tahoe's famously sunny & mild summer & fall with Public beaches along the lake shore; come in the winter or spring for world-class skiing and kid-friendly sledding in the yard.

This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath house is nestled among the woods in the coveted, quiet Upper Tyner neighborhood of Tahoe's best town - Incline Village - sleeps up to 8 people in 5 beds. Here's a walkthrough... be sure to scroll the photos:

Easy street level access to the front door takes you past a laundry/mudroom with a washer and dryer... convenient for returns from the beach, trails or ski slope. Continue into the comfortable living room. The newly installed 60” smart TV is Roku connected to high bandwidth internet - do log into your Netflix, Amazon or Disney accounts. The half bath is in front of you; to your left is the kitchen and dining area. The den is straight in front of you with a gas fireplace insert and desk for working.

The kitchen is central, and serves the dining and living areas via an open floor plan. From the kitchen command center, keep tabs on kids in the living and dining areas... everyone's got a space but is visible too.

The Den is off the main living room area with a gas fireplace insert. This is a great area to snuggle up and read a book by the fire and enjoy the views off the deck. There is a desk and chair for anyone needing a workspace. A Smart TV is located here with Roku.

From May to October you'll probably slip out onto the adjacent south-facing deck to bask in mountain sun and enjoy lake views - use the deck's grill which is steps from the 8-seat outdoor dining table. Let the kids spill down a few steps into the yard to play while you relax.

Whoever is in charge of dishes will enjoy lake views from the window above the sink and dishwasher. To their left is a door leading to the one-car garage - big enough for a sedan but not an SUV.

Ready for bed? Lets go upstairs. There - safely above the late nighters in your crew and tucked into the house's quietest corner - you'll find the Primary Bedroom with a quality California King bed, two "his & her" closets, a private south-facing lakeview deck and a bath... 2 sinks. With a work desk and solid Wifi, this serves as a good home office. There is a TV with Roku for watching TV in bed.

Stroll down the hall - overlooking the living room - to arrive at guest bedroom #1, with another California King bed, a lake view window, large closet, and direct access to the guest bath.

Kids will like guest bedroom #2, with two XL Twins, a large closet. The next door, atop the stairs, opens to guest bedroom #3, with a cozy Queen size bed.

Our family loved staying at Kathy and Scott’s home in beautiful Lake Tahoe. Kathy was so helpful to make our vacation special, and she and her husband, Scott immediately responded to our questions and needs. They allowed us to use their beach chairs, umbrellas and float toys when we went to the beach. The bottom floor layout was very open allowing our family to flow easily between the living room, kitchen and study areas. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the amenities. The bedrooms were all upstairs making it easy for those who wanted to go to sleep while others could continue hanging out on the bottom floor. Even a neighbor across the cul de sac was especially helpful to us. Thank you Kathy and Scott for being such great hosts!!

Could have used air conditioning as it did not cool down at night and no breeze. Power went out twice and neighbors had generator. All in all a nice vacation. Great communications with owner..

We had the good fortune of being able to book this property for our trip with our adult children to Tahoe. The property was everything we hoped it would be. Both Kathy, the owner, and Tom, the manager, were communicative and very helpful from the moment I booked the home. The home is well laid out and offered us plenty of space. This is also probably one of the best stocked homes that we have ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook 95% of our meals and there were plenty of beach chairs and towels for us to use as well. The neighborhood is fantastic and Tom's Trail (that's what we named it) was such a great place to walk or ride bikes. We also hiked up past the water tower off the forest service road at the very top of the neighborhood. The views there didn't disappoint. The location is so convenient to everything we wanted to do and easy access to grocery shopping. We couldn't have been more pleased with our choice of places to stay and we're grateful to Kathy for sharing her home with us and for Tom giving us great advice and helping us out with a last minute punch card issue.
