Helle und freundliche eingerichtete Wohnung mit Parkplatz auf dem Hof. Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Kaffeevollautomat und Mikrowelle sowie Herd mit Ofen sind vorhanden. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Ruhige Gegend mit Stadtwald direkt vor der Tür. Badewanne mit Dusche und zwei Balkone. 4 TV Geräte (einer hätte es auch getan).
Die Kühlschranktür quietscht/ knarzt beim öffnen/ schließen extrem laut. Die Küchenmöbel und Möbel der Essecke sind schon sehr abgenutzt. Die Matratzen sind entweder sehr sehr weich oder durchgelegen. Rückenschmerzen waren leider täglicher Begleiter. Ein Sofa wäre schön gewesen.

Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig, ich habe nur den unteren Teil benutzt, außer das Bad was im oberen Teil der Wohnung war. Die Wendeltreppe war gut zu laufen. Was mir noch gut gefallen hat war die Ruhe und ich mein Auto nicht auf der Straße sondern auf dem Hof parken konnte. Ich habe sehr gut geschlafen, die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet mit Kaffeemaschine (auch wenn ich sie nicht benutzt habe, bin Tee Trinker), Mirowelle, Toaster und sogar eine Spülmaschine war vorhanden. Das Bad war sehr geräumig, es gab auch eine Waschmaschine.
Küche, es fehlte leider Salz und Pfeffer. Bad, leider war keine Dusche vorhanden, nur eine Badewanne. Da ich schon etwas älter bin war es etwas schwierig.
