Location perfect. Central but quiet (Well it was during our stay there anyway). Beach just across the road. Well stocked spar shop 2 minutes walk away. Free private parking immediately in front of house was such a bonus.
House and garden not overlooked. Courtyard is a sun trap and was, with the grassed garden, private and securely fenced so dog safe within. Outside shower for surfer/kayak/sandy person so useful too.
Upstairs living room, balcony has view of bunnies playing in front garden and of sea/beach/Pentire Point. Wonderful! I want to buy this house!
TV is elderly and reception poor. Nothing to do with internet or Wi-Fi which was fine.
Best just to use iPad, phone and the plentiful provided retro DVDs or, better still, watch the wonderful sunsets from the beach.

The location is absolutely perfect, right on the beach doorstep and the garden was a lovely sun trap .
There was zero cupboard space - all cupboards have plates cups etc in which was a bit of a pain as I had done a food shop . The fridge is an under the counter one with a tiny freezer so bear that in mind if you do a shop to be delivered when you get there .
The blue bedroom and the double bedroom had an odour of (what i believe to be ) cat urine. This was VERY obvious when you had the doors closed and the heating on ! The other room with twin beds didn’t have a smell . I contacted Skykes about this at the start of the holiday and they didn’t get back to me . I then rang them when we were out of the village and I had signal but this was Wednesday, so when they offered to get someone out to clean it seemed pointless but I did ask when they were coming and it wouldn’t of been until the Thursday. So we cut our stay short and left early as the smell was really affecting my sleep .
Another heads up the wardrobes have no real usable space to store clothes - this wasn’t a major issue for us tho .
Ultimately if the smell is sorted it would be a lovely place to stay , just get takeaways and leave clothes in your bag .
I was very disappointed by the poor customer service tho !!
