Come relax & enjoy endless sunrises & sunsets with your family & friends in our gated 6000 SF, 11-acre Hilltop Villa property!
Easy accessible to a beautiful home sits on top of a secluded hill & overlooks East San Diego’s mountains, allowing 360 Panorama views from anywhere on the property. The Villa offers a gorgeous kitchen, stainless-steel appliances, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, high ceilings, lots of natural light, 2 staircases, a peaceful indoor courtyard, beautiful landscaping, & indoor game room; providing a luxurious & cozy getaway for guests.
This villa is very easy to find and close to highways. Upon arrival, you will find a private entrance with a gated driveway leading up to the secluded home. The two-story Villa boasts 5 - 6 spacious bedrooms & simi-private loft can sleep 2-4, 4.5 bathrooms to comfortably accommodate 17-20 guests (with additional 1 air mattress 1 futon). Relax in the Zen courtyard or by the quaint garden or in the backyard covered patio to enjoy beautiful views of natural landscape of the majestic mountains with your morning coffee or afternoon tea. Put your competitive skills to the test with ping pong or mini-putt. Be entertained with 5 smart TVs, and an expansive lawn and yard.
The open floor plan provides a great space to hang out with the entire group. This house is available to your group.
However, if you need more room, the private balcony garden suite with Queen bed and futon sleep 3 accessible through the indoor hallway for a large family OR access through outdoor private staircase entrance by the garden area. If it’s available & can be reserved together with your group. Message house manager for more info. Sometimes this unit is occupies by manager or guests. Only the side yard garden area is shared BUT not the backyard/jacuzzi/patio/bbq … you’ll have your own resort backyard.
This property is ideal for company retreats, meetings, small events, large family/friends gatherings with ample parking for multiple vehicles. Perfect retreat for a large group of family or friends in San Diego. There is clearly a lot of precision and thoughtfulness by the hosts for the cleanliness of the property. The rental process was very well organized from start to finish.

If you’re looking for a place where family shenanigans can unfold in style, Hilltop is it. The accommodations were so clean and breathtakingly beautiful, we were almost too stunned to make a mess (almost). Each amenity was put to the test: the fireplace hosted our elders’ “beer and banter” sessions, while the younger generation turned the game room into their personal reunion arena. The hot tub? We left it alone—because even we have limits.
The outdoor space? A multipurpose masterpiece. We played putt-putt, posed for a family photo that’ll make the holiday card, and even had our family BJJ black belt teach striking techniques. Nothing screams "family bonding" quite like learning how to throw a punch... lovingly, of course.
Inside, we whipped up quick family lunches while the sound of rip-roaring laughter echoed through the house. It felt like a Hallmark movie, but with more chaos and less scripted dialogue. The host was fantastic—attentive, communicative, and patient enough to deal with our questions (and, likely, our family’s quirks).
We’d recommend Hilltop to anyone, with just one heads-up: the turn off the highway is abrupt. Seriously, don’t miss it, or you might find yourself on an unexpected scenic drive. But once you arrive, it’s worth every brake tap. We can’t wait to come back—if Hilltop will have us again!

We stayed at the home for a family gathering to all be together in one spot. The house is great. Very big with lots of room for everyone. The backyard is also very spacious and we enjoyed it quite a bit. Ping Pong table and foosball table were fun too. Would definitely recommend this house!
