The house is really nice. Large kitchen stocked well for a large group. However the refrigerator doesn’t work well and it leaks. It will freeze items in the back. The parking is also a problem. We had 3 mini vans and you can’t pull into the parking spaces. Very hard to park. The house is newly renovated and is very nice.

I'll start with the positives . This house is great for groups , we had 3 families with 16 people . Each family had their own bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen being open to the livingroom makes for a great space to gather . The owner offered a 5% military discount which we greatly appreciated. The cons:I read previously about the cleanliness issue but it showed a new company was hired and didnt see any bad reviews at the time of booking earlier this year so thought we would be in the clear. Sadly the issues we had had clearly been noted in the reviews in the last 2 months and have yet to be fixed. I did reach out to the owner the morning after check in , while he didnt try to address any issues or apologize he said he would let the cleaning company know. I chalked our 5% discount up to the cleaning fee that we should have rightfully asked for back. The house was dirty. All the sheets and blankets needed to be washed as they were dirty and sandy. There was beer cans, shot glasses and trash under the beds . There were blunts on the table downstairs in a candle -we are grateful our house full of children didnt find this before we did on night 2. The bedroom remotes didnt have batteries , which we had to purchase and many lights have blown bulbs/broken .It's sad the house has alot of potential. Had I checked the reviews the month before I would have reached out to confirm that the cleaning and maintenance had been fixed.
