This inviting first-floor cottage in Lanciole, San Marcello Piteglio, includes a bright living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen featuring cooker, oven, fridge–freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, alongside two bedrooms, a double and a bunk-bed room, and a walk-through area with a sofa bed. A full bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet completes the interior. Outside, you’ll find a large fenced garden of 1,000 m² with loungers, barbecue, parking and a private pool (6×4 m) open mid-May to mid-September.
