A beautiful apartment overlooking the beach of the Hotel Excelsior on the Lido of Venice, the famous golden island, home of Art Nouveau architecture and the Film Festival. The apartment enjoys a privileged location, a few steps from the golden beach and the famous and luxurious Excelsior huts (for a fee).
And during your stay, you can also take advantage of the nearby gym, the diving center, the tennis courts, the riding stable, and the golf course. Venice is about half an hour away.

This property had everything we needed, and the compact size, hidden drawers and compartments, made it really fun to explore for our children. Other than the floors being a little bit dusty, we had no complaints. Proximity to the beach is perfect and there are other restaurants and transportation very close by.

We had a wonderfully relaxing time at the little ship house. It was so fun to learn about its history and settle in. We enjoyed going out to some recommended restaurants but also loved preparing some simple meals at home after shopping at the local shops just up the street. Walking just a few steps over to the beach was awesome. And we even rented a cabana for a day. Lovely!

Property was very nice, hosts were even better! If you are looking for a place on Lido, this is a great option and we highly recommend it.
