We spent an amazing time at this Villa.
We loved the decor (very stylist and traditional), the garden, private parking and proximity to Negombo park and the beach (5 min walk).
It was quiet and comfortable.
The host was responsive and very kind.
I would have enjoyed a different matress for the beds and a mosquito barrier at one of the bedrooms.
No soap or douche gel in the facility so be aware to have your own - for us was not a problem as we had ours.
These are minor things as we would book this place again.

Grande giardino rigoglioso, zona molto tranquilla; fermata Autobus davanti alla villa.

Purtroppo siamo stati accolti da uno staff per niente professionale. Ci è stato chiesto di pagare una tassa di soggiorno di 20 euro per 4 persone 2 notti quando secondo le normative sarebbe dovuta essere di 8 euro. Abbiamo chiesto chiarimenti e ci hanno fatto parlare telefonicamente con un altro membro dello staff il quale ci ha staccato il telefono in faccia. Abbiamo richiesto una ricevuta fiscale per il pagamento della tassa e ci è stato detto che sarebbe arrivata via mail. Ovviamente non ci è stata mandata né la ricevuta né tanto meno abbiamo avuto il rimborso della tassa che ingiustamente abbiamo pagato più del dovuto. Che dire...assolutamente non professionali.
