About this house rental
Come enjoy this peaceful, relaxing and spacious 3-bedroom house in the secluded town of Taipa. One minute walk to the estuary and beach, both very safe for swimming and fishing off the rocks.
Easy indoor / outdoor flow, large fully fenced section with flat lawn and plenty of space for parking cars and boats.
The outdoor areas include a large deck for relaxing and dining while enjoying views of the open field and orchards beyond. Enjoy a pizza in the woodfire oven or a delicious meal on the BBQ.
2 mins walk to the shops, café and the local tavern.
This is the ideal time out for you, your family and friends. Great place to enjoy a beach holiday.
The tap water is suitable for drinking from all the taps in the house as the rainwater is processed through double filtration including UV filter.
Wireless internet available through the house. With the TV access to a number of Apps such as Disney, Netflix, Neon, and YouTube, just bring your own account.
Five-minute drive to historic Mangonui Village with "The" Fish and Chip shop, cafes, restaurants and bars. Go to HiHi Beach, Kari Kari Peninsula (Carrington Golf Course and Winery), Matai Bay, Taupo Bay or Whangaroa Harbour, all within 35 minutes traveling time.
Please note this property is surrounded by permanent residents so please be courteous with respect to noise and behavior.

Linen included. Keep the used linen in the bathtub before you leave.

Excellent location, care free check in process. We were a well organised group and wanted to be left to our own devices, this property catered to that. only complaint is that the advertisement does not do this property justice
