LOCATION – 3 blocks north of Main Street in the Historic District
HOSTS – Home to Yourselves
SLEEPS – Up to 6 people; two king bedrooms & one bedroom with 2 twins
BATH – 2 full baths; one en suite bath with walk-in shower & a second bath with a tub/shower combo
KITCHEN – Fully equipped kitchen with a traditional coffeemaker
BREAKFAST – No breakfast provided
AMENITIES – SMART TV with ROKU (no television programming), WiFi, large dining room table, deck with outdoor seating, walking distance to shops, festivals, restaurants, tasting rooms and art galleries

PETS – YES (Limit 2 dogs under 20 lbs each)

Please be aware that up to two dogs that each weigh 20 lbs or less are allowed at the house. However, there is an additional fee of $44/dog/night (before tax). Due to the fact that HomeAway/VRBO does not allow us to charge for more than one dog at the time of booking, please let us know if you will be bringing more than one dog, so that we can make sure that you are charged the correct amount. If you bring more than one dog and do not let us know, you will be charged accordingly. Furthermore, please bring crates for your dogs and crate them in your absence from the house, do not allow the dogs on furniture or beds, and pick up and properly dispose of their waste. If these rules are not followed, there will be an additional $200 charge added to your reservation.
Please be aware that the house does not have any live television or paid television programming. As a result, if you are wanting to watch anything on the home's TV, you will need to bring your log in information for your Netflix, television provider, etc. accounts.

- Observe the City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours (10pm to 7am in residential zones). No music of any kind after 10 pm.
- The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present to use the light.
- Observe the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces.
- Place all trash in designated containers.

Overall, the property was very nice. It was clean and comfortable, and we had a very nice two-night stay. My "complaints" are minor, but did have a slightly negative impact on our stay:(1)

My friends and I came down for a weekend and stayed at this property. It was close to the strip and really clean. Great place to stay.

Very clean. Easy walk to Main Street. Older home with very thin walls. Bring a fan or sound machine to cancel noise. The coffee machine dud not work

Pros: Very close to main and in a cute neighborhood. Communication was good from property management. Cons: House was dirty and poorly kept up. When we got there all the windows were unlocked. I happened to notice as they weren’t open but definitely a safety issue. AC never kept up and it was humid inside, plumbing is ancient, lights on stairs didn’t work.
