The apartment is in a really good location, the train station is only 14 minutes in walking distance, the beach also about 20 minutes by foot, a beatiful park also near by and a Mercadona is only a step away. The garden has a great view to the see and thats a great place to chill in the grass with the parrots. I didn't used the pool but it looked clean. You can have a feeling to be as a local person in the city. The bed matress was amazingly comfy for my taste. Overall the flat looked and felt clean. There were some basic kitchen utilites, some spices and packaging materials which was really handy, the only thing I didn't find is a cutting board. The towels smelled good and fresh. There's a washing machine also in the apartment nicely covered in a cabinet. The owner quickly responded for my question and the check in and check out was smooth too even in the early morning hour. It was in a really good price so is there no huge complains here, I save this place for a possibility of a future stay.
It would be a nice touch to have a smaller lamp aside the bed, also a power extension distributor can be a great thing to have because there are no plug near the only normal size table you have if you want to work there. It was a bit strange that there wasn't any option for a blanket or a duvel, for me it wasn't an issue but if someone love to wrap oneself in a blanket even in summer they will miss it. Overall it felt clean, but a fresh paint job and some maintence are neccessery soon. The wifi router and the iron looked sketchy. If someone is not familiar with the spanish architectures they will find the apartment noisy because these buildings only use 5cm thick walls so that means you will hear everyone around...and they will hear everything you do too. That's the spanish way so nothing wrong with, other apartments are the same, it just need to use to it and keep it mind when you visit the country.

Was a bit disappointed that the pool wasn’t open which was not made clear when booking but didn’t real matter in the end
