"L'omniprésence" supicieuse et infantilisante du propriétaire qui imagine n'avoir à faire qu'à des locataires peu scrupuleux. Une énumérations exhaustive de ce qu'il faut faire et surtout ne pas faire avec "menaces" de sanctions pécuniaires. Rappeler la veille, plus de 24 heures avant, que le départ doit intervenir à "12 h pile !" est franchement "limite".

Very clean and well equipped place, with all you need.

We felt a bit uncomfortable because the whole stay was filled with a lot of “don’ts”. Appliances had a long manual and some information for careful use came off almost as a threat (“you will damage it and you will be liable”). The bed had a plastic sheet so it rustled with every move. Also the message that contacting the host on their phone number in case of non- emergency situations will be prosecuted was a bit much. Hosting short term stays comes with some risks, that’s why there is higher price for it. I understand that people want to keep the place clean and functional, but they also need to accept some of the consequences. I hope this will help the hosts to make their hosting style more welcoming in the future.

Goed gelegen nabij openbaar vervoer. Fijne badkamer. Aardig contact met verhuurder.
