Primrose Cottage - Tideswell, Peak District

Everything!! Wonderful cottage, cosy and clean.

Nothing really

We loved staying here. The cottage had everything we needed, was extremely well equipped and beautifully presented. Finishing touches really made a difference. It was surprisingly spacious, despite just being a terraced cottage. We really liked the upstairs kitchen with the nice views, and the main bedroom was generously proportioned with a very comfortable king- sized bed. Every spare space has been equipped with items that are useful. Great location just a few minutes walk from the village centre, where you could get everything you needed from the local Co-Op, fish and chips takeaway, bakery and other useful independent retailers. We'd definitely recommend Primrose Cottage if you want to get away from it all, in a lovely part of the world.

Having to leave

The cottage had everything we needed. It was nicely decorated and well equipped. Clean and welcoming. The location was handy for pubs and the centre of the village and had an open view at the back.

Nothing really

Everything was wonderful and we'd love to return soon! The cottage was very well equipped with some lovely touches such as a fire ready laid. Gorgeous view from the kitchen, some wonderful walks on the doorstep and the very handy for the village. We all slept brilliantly in the sumptuous beds (with lovely cosy bedding).

We would have liked a pint of milk on arrival and some basic toiletries (shower gel) as we had forgotten ours and wanted to freshen up on arrival - other than that, perfect!
