Fantastic property, with pretty much everything you could want for a large family or combined groups. Lovely location just a short walk into town and really close to so many attractions.
Loved you could all sit at the dining table of an evening and plenty of crockery for a house of this size.
Comms with Tanya and Lucy was swift and efficient. Felt really looked after throughout our stay. Thank you for the warm welcome and when we return to Devon we will be staying again!
The WiFi struggled with the 5 teenagers, more of a mention than a dislike, we had them playing games and enjoying the facilities to bring them off the devices.

Loved the size of the house and the rooms and the garden - perfect for 9 people plus a baby (provided baby bath and highchair which perfectly suited our 3 month old) . The showers were powerful and warm and lots of utensils and cooking supplies with a big cooker. Parking was good. Smart TV downstairs. 15 minute walk to harbour and 4 min walk to sainsubrys local/petrol station with good selection of food and other essentials.
Limited cleaning supplies to help keep it tidy whilst there (needed sponges for dishes and kitchen roll and surface spray - did have dish soap, dishwasher and mop)
