"Serena Apartment" is a romantic, elegant, welcoming and typical apartment 300 m from the historic center, easily reachable on foot! New air conditioning system installed in June 2023!The apartment is on the second floor of a characteristic historic building with entrance on Via Borgo Giannotti, a few steps from the historic walls and the wonderful Via Fillungo the main street of Lucca. With an area of about 120 square meters, it can accommodate a maximum of four people and is perfect for couples of all ages who want to spend a beautiful and romantic holiday in Lucca and for business travelers! It is furnished with a lot of taste and elegance, with furniture that creates a very warm atmosphere.
It consists of a large and bright living room with a large sofa and an armchair which leads to the equipped kitchenette with table. In the sleeping area, there are two double bedroom, one with queen-size bed and the other one with two single bed a storage a bathroom with shower. In the bedrooms there are two fans. A spiral staircase leads to a small studio. Free Wi-Fi and Air Con. Paying parking in the street in front of the building.

This apartment was way, way above our expectation. Its size, furnishings and location. Great cooking class with Guilia at Creameria Opera. Lots of fun peddling surrey around inside walled city. All so accessible from VRBO.
