Close to all amenities and spotlessly clean.
Valerie, the hostess, is a lovely lady
We arrived late and she was waiting outside for us and had moved her car so we could have a space.
The bed was so comfortable and my morning view out of this world.
Straight onto the beach and the lovely sea.
I will definitely be returning and would recommend this beautiful place to anyone.

Absolutely stunning spotless room, good view, perfect location. Bed is amazing, great kitchen, huge shower! We stayed in room 3 this time. Val and John are the sweetest people. Our fourth visit now. Will be back again!
Could do with a cabinet under the bathroom sink to put your bathroom stuff that you cant get wet. A hook in the cupboard in front of you as you go in to put your coat. But this is true nitpicking, the place is great!!

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay over the festive period while visiting family and friends. The apartment was immaculate, spacious, and very well looked after. The hosts were lovely and made check-in straightforward and stress-free. It’s also in a great location, close to local amenities, attractions, and the bars and restaurants in Cleethorpes. We’d definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect. I could walk to wherever I wanted to go. Thankfully the weather was dry abit cold. Valerie was fantastic couldn't have asked for a better host. Whenever she saw me she said if I needed anything just to ask. Would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Enjoyed it so much would love to retire there or somewhere similar. What a lovely view too look out at every morning especially if didn't have to leave it too go to work ha ha x x x
As I was recovering from a chest infection. I did find the stairs abit much ha ha
Couldn't fault it in any other way
