Freshly renovated hotel, the rooms are clean and have everything you need, staff is really friendly, you can get basic but tasty breakfast for 8€.
The location doesn't feel the nicest, but it's not hotels fault (95% of Athens looks like this so keep that in mind)
Just one thing - the bathroom doors didn't close fully which was a bit troublesome but that could be just ours room's malfunction. Other than that, no complains!

Cleanliness, public transport is good. Location in a less developed area. Looks outside a bit sketchy, but actually quite safe. Walk to tourist location takes 14-20 minutes. Staff very polite and helpfull

Do not chose the Economy Double Room. The only window is towards an dark and dirty shaft (Foto included). You get no natural light or fresh air. Even for one night this was uncomfortable. Any longer and I would have booked another Hotel. Other rooms may be nicer. The area is a bit so so but quite central. Otherwise the Breakfast is good and the view from the rooftop bar/terrace is nice.
Also we had to pay 5 euro cash upon check-in with no receipt provided, which we didn't need to do for any of our other Athens accomodations, which seemed a bit odd.
