Villa Oranž

Villa Oranz is one of the most beautiful villas we have ever stayed in. As a group of 7 and a baby, we could not have asked for a more relaxing and accommodating stay. Ivica,the host, was simply incredible in his attention to us in every aspect…he personally helped make our experience unique by taking us to the local butcher and supermarket,organising pizzas pre wedding,picking figs and tomatoes from his garden,organising all the baby equipment we required,gifting us with his hand made wine and orange liquor,organising transport,arranging a private boat day to the islands…the list goes on.The villa is stunning…each couple had their own ensuite,the communal areas are beautiful,the pool was a lovely space to enjoy with friends,there was a hot tub,sauna,gym and fabulous wood fired bbq as well. We could not have imagined a better place to enjoy stunning Dubrovnik…not to mention that the views from every part of the Villa were breathtaking (especially at sunset). Thankyou, Ivica ,for the holiday experience of a lifetime.

Location and the views were truly wonderful! The Amenities provided by Ivica were amazing at the property and he was a great host!! He helped us locate the nearest grocery store and drove us there himself on the forst day and booked us a hard to get reservation at the panorama restaurant which was truly above and beyond what we expected!!(since the reservations are hard to get in short notice)

Everything at Villa Oranz was beyond perfect which made an enjoyable experience for all. The villa is located a short drive from the airport, and on arrival we were met by our host Ivica, who provided a welcome tour and drinks for us. Ivica was a very helpful and considerate host, letting us check-in in two parties throughout the day. In addition, Ivica made sure we had everything we need; the villa was equipped with everything you could think of and more, Ivica offered and took us to the supermarket as we had no transport, he recommended and booked excursions, and kindly dropped in some homemade/homegrown food and drink which was enjoyed by all. Ivica is an excellent host. The villa itself was immaculately presented. The facilities at the villa were outstanding and used by all with no issues. The location of the villa was perfect too; the villa is in a quiet neighbourhood and not overlooked by others, is a short walk to the old town (approx. 20 mins), and has a stunning view down onto the harbour which can be enjoyed at all times of day. We would definitely recommend Villa Oranz and we are already thinking about when we can come back. Thank you Ivica for a perfect trip to Dubrovnik, a great experience had by all!

We stayed for 1 week and had an amazing holiday. The property is as amazing as it looks in the photos if not even better! Everything in the property was spotlessly clean and you can tell that real care and attention has been given into making this villa a place where you can relax and enjoy with absolutely everything you could need. Its a short 30 minute walk down to Old Town or a few minutes in an Uber. There's lots of different seating areas outside but the upper terrace with the hot tub was my personal favourite spot to take in the stunning sunsets and the view over Dubrovnik. As fabulous as the property is the best part of this rental is actually its host Ivica! We were met by Ivica as soon as we arrived and shown around. He gave us loads of great suggestions on things to see in the area and restaurants etc. He was so helpful he organised a boat trip for us and even organised transport to and from the door. He brought some fresh vegetables he grows in the garden below the villa and homemade wine and orange liqueur made by himself and family. We felt like he couldn't do enough for his guests and it really made our experience even more enjoyable! We loved our stay and look forward to returning in the future. I cant recommend staying here enough, book now!

Everything was amazing! My only very small recommendation would be a full length mirror just to check your outfit before you leave but of course this does not effect our most enjoyable stay!
