Modern amenities, cook ware, pots and pans, need to be upgraded. burnt, shaggy Teflon coating on pots and pans is unacceptable on any rental.

We rented this house for a fishing trip with friends. It’s was clean, new and well stocked. Good location and access to boat launches. Quiet with a nice view of the river.
