Studio Basement Central El Paso

The place was great. Cozy, clean, and it had everything I needed

It was the perfect place for my weekend. I was in town visiting my daughter at Fort Bliss. The beds were comfortable, plenty of space. The fridge could have been cleaner but we only used it for water bottles. We were out and about most of the time. The first night there was a chirp from smoke alarm upstairs that kept me up but when I messaged the owner on the app they fixed it the next day. I will definitely stay there again if I visit El Paso again.

This is the second time we stay here and we love it! Everything is clean and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again!

We were in El Paso for a wedding and really enjoyed our time in the city! This property's location is excellent for being near downtown, and the parking was incredibly convenient. We also had great nights of sleep because the beds were very comfortable. Courtney was a lovely host. very responsive and nice to deal with throughout our stay.However, we did run into several issues that made the stay difficult. There were some cleanliness concerns, like hair on the dining table/floors and gum left in the shower. We also encountered a few maintenance problems: multiple outlets didn't work, and there’s a small, unmarked step at the entrance that we tripped on several times. We also didn't have a TV remote at first, and when we got one, it didn't work, so we had to cast from our phones. We had a good trip overall, but the property just needs some deep cleaning and minor fixes to really match the high quality of the host's service.
