This single-storey house is remarkably well situated, set back from the Gouville dunes and the large sandy beach. You can walk to the seafront via a quiet little street and discover the charming beach huts that delight strollers. Surrounded by a large, secure garden, the house is perfect for families with children. The former boathouse can be used as a games room with a ping-pong table and offers storage space for water sports enthusiasts. Owners Didier and Geneviève have renovated this charming and very functional house and converted the adjoining garage into an additional relaxation room (three steps down).
