Ho soggiornato in questa splendida struttura nel pieno centro di Ferrara e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. L’appartamento è estremamente spazioso, curato nei minimi dettagli e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per sentirsi come a casa. La pulizia è impeccabile, un aspetto che ho particolarmente apprezzato.
La posizione è perfetta per visitare la città, con tutto facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Un ringraziamento speciale all’host, una persona super gentile, disponibile e attenta a ogni esigenza, che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.
Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque voglia vivere Ferrara nel massimo comfort. Ci tornerei senza esitazione!

The apartment is fantastic, equipped with everything you might need, even for a long stay (there’s a washing machine, too!). The spaces are very well designed, and it’s comfortable even for four people. It’s right in the city center, in the pedestrian area.
The handling of the booking by Booking.com was murky. I agreed on a price that included taxes, but a different one was later applied, with VAT added on top. The host was very kind, but despite me showing the screenshot of the agreed price at the time of booking, they only dealt with Booking.com regarding their own internal arrangements, without addressing the issue I had raised.
Booking.com, on the other hand, dismissed the matter after four phone calls, during which I managed to speak, only in the last one, with an operator who spoke only English and was supposedly at a “higher level” than the regular customer service agents. He made a point of telling me that Booking.com was right about everything.. The reason? Because the screenshot wasn’t sufficient proof of what I claimed.
Long story short, Booking.com offered me, in their magnanimity, a credit to spend on future bookings of almost 60 euros, which I refused, because honestly, I felt mocked by everyone involved, including the host. With this, which I believe will be my final review, I am officially ending my relationship with Booking.com, hoping that this text will indeed be published.
