Situated within five miles from the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, Casa De Anza is a newly remodeled 2BR/2BA townhome with a sleek and modern aesthetic. Newly updated flooring, furnishings, and decor brighten every room. Spend sun-soaked afternoons by your private pool and spa, and char your favorites on the grill. A propane heater keeps things comfortable on cool nights. Large greenbelts separate the condos at this gated complex, and you will enjoy shared access to the tennis courts and a second on-site pool.

This posh townhome has an airy living space. Unwind on comfortable furnishings and watch TV while enjoying the warm ambience of the gas fireplace. In the well-equipped kitchen, a gas range and ample counter space make it easy to whip up your favorite meals. When it's time to eat, perch at the kitchen bar or the formal dining table. A washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi are provided.

A king bed, 45-inch TV, walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom are featured in the primary bedroom. The bathroom is outfitted with a unique garden shower and a water closet, and a patio off the bedroom has a comfortable lounge area with palm tree views. The second bedroom has a king bed, plus its own patio with a lounge chair and additional seating. Lovely tile and a walk-in shower round out the en-suite bathroom.

This quiet community is close to Highway 111 and Palm Canyon. Discover cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance -- take a quick stroll to 4 Paws Coffee. Make a day trip to beautiful Joshua Tree National Park, less than an hour away.

Very comfortable home that accommodated my group of 4 friends. House was well equipped and the property mgmt. was friendly and very responsive. We would book again.

The home was clean and in a great location. Wonderful views, walking distance to a lot of activities and restaurants, and literally steps away from the community pool. Downside. Coffee maker without coffee grounds. We asked and was told that Vacasa does not provide coffee. The soap that is provided is really tiny. We would have expected full sized bars or refilled bottles of soap. We had to purchase soap after 1 use which was annoying. We asked for the pool to be heated but was told no because we didn't provide enough notice. Granted, it is in the listing under "security cameras" to call ahead of time but we booked months ago and didn't revisit the listing. That's on me. Yet in still, they could have heated the pool even at our request to be charged for the entire stay so we could use for at least 1 day. It would have been worth the cost. But turns out the pool was broken and heating it would have caused a big issue. When the filter turned on by itself, it started to leak. I informed Vacasa (via phone, text and letter at check-out) of the leak but didn't get a response. I did turn the filter off to stop the leaking despite not wanting to touch any of the equipment. We did use the community pool which was nice. We enjoyed the home and would consider staying here again. But choosing a Vacasa property means pack your own coffee, bring your own soap, and don't expect accommodating service to offset for a mishap like forgetting to ask for a heated pool.
