A nice and spacious apartment on the groundfloor in a modern house, parking is available in the driveway and I could sometimes charge my PHEV. The apartment has its own entrance and as you exit, you can head into the beautiful garden.
The kitchen was equipped with a microwave and a stove top. Of course it had a fridge and a sink. The only thing missing was the washing machine, but the host offered it as a service. The bedroom head a big bed and a desk, perfect for working. The bathroom was big, equipped with a shower. I stayed for about 4 weeks. There is a hiking place not far from the village this house is located in.
The internet was slow and kept disconnecting (normal standards), If I judge it by german standards, it's about normal.
The house is somewhat far from restaurants and supermarkets, so I usually took the car or shopped before going back to the apartment. Nothing serious.

The location was excellent. It was easy to move around in the small town of Ebernburg and also across the river to Bad Munster am Stein.
Everything was great, no issues.

Doe Lage ist sehr schön ruhig, man direkt von dort aus spazieren gehen. Wanderwege sind ganz in der Nähe. Ein Süpermarkt ist mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Der Ort liegt wenige Autominuten von der Innenstadt Bad Kreuznach entfernt. Dort kann man ein Sportbad oder das Thermalbad u.a. nutzen und entlang dem Fluß spazieren gehen.
Es handelt sich um eine Wohnung im Soutairain. Das ist im Sommer sicher angenehm kühl, im Winter jedoch sehr fußkalt und es dauert sehr lange, bis die Räume eine angenehme Temperatur erreicht haben, insbesondere das Bad.
