Nothing. Everything was great.

No breakfast provided. We brought food and had good breakfasts. I was given the code for the entry, after emails promising we would get it the day before we arrived, only at 4:40 pm. That was too late, everyone was getting anxious, so I had to call and was given the code immediately. That was the best moment of service by Vacasa, but I felt it should not have been necessary. It should have been provide by 9 am in the morning.

Dealing with Vacasa and Booking.com. Even today, the first set of links for the Review brought me to "broken link." That was the problem during all my efforts to complete my registration. I made up my mind after many failed efforts even after phone calls for help ( and long times on hold waiting for help) that I will never deal with Vacasa again. I just did research and reached the host directly to give her this feedback because I feel she deserves to know. However, the location is excellent and we all would like to come back. I think one of them may be willing to deal with the rental arrangements, but never again for me.
