The location was quite good, a short walk into the Altstadt area of the city and across the street from a shopping mall with a food court if that was something to interest you too.
When I arrived there was a long queue for check in but there was just one person on the reception and actually only space for one person to be there checking guests in. There was lots of comfy seating in the reception area but it took a good bit longer than it should have. I may have just arrived at a bad time.

Central place, clean, friendly staff
Room very cold, thermostat is locked and could not change to heat up the room , which is really not okay in the middle of winter with -10 outside.
