Welcoming host/owner, amazing views on the lake, original house features and extra facilities to use kitchen and fridge. Parking included as well as little private beach next to the lake. Short distance to main village. Easy to find and drive to.
The noise from the road is the only negative thing. In summer u have to keep windows open and the traffic noise can disturb your sleep. There was a small portable fan or A/C unit in the room but that seems not to really do anything to cool room down.

Very nice place, right next to the lake. It has it's own beach section, there is a big side building where I could store my bike.
The owner lady is also very nice and helpful, although she only speaks german.
WI-FI was not working
the traffic is loud as it is next to the lakeside road, but at least during the night there was very little traffic, so it didn't bother me

the location is grart, close to Salzburg and to all the lakes around. mondsee is nice town that almost all restaurants closes at 21:00
the privet lake is amazing bonus and so is view from the balcony. the fridge in comfortable and the entres to the rooms is easy. the bed is comfortable
WiFi dosent work
the lady dosent speak english at all
the furnitures are old vibe and the kitchen is bearly useful, there are no oven or stove. there is a coffe machine without cofee Capsules.
we didnt enter there at all.
at the end of the stay you need to pay 2 uro for 1 night for each person for TAX
$$$$
