Complex has two lovely pools and hot tubs. Roomy layout and high ceilings - second story. Walking to large grocery, and hiking trails. Great location for Palm Springs and beyond! Snowbirds love this complex in South Palm Springs - stay all winter.

We had a really fun holiday in this condo. It was located in a great area and very close to shopping, hiking and restaurants. The condo was very well equipped and met all our needs. It was cozy and clean as well as the two great pools and grounds. The owner was quick to respond to any questions. Great stay and we would love to return to this unit for another vacation.

Large, well equipped condo in a well maintained gated complex. The location of the complex is mostly positive with hiking, groceries walkable, and golfing nearby, but the proximity to Hwy 111 can be annoying while lounging in the pool area. The condo itself while well equipped could use some minor TLC.

Located in the ninety unit Summerset Springs complex, this upper level condo has a nice view of the San Jacinto mountains & was as spacious and comfortable as advertised. The kitchen is well appointed with modern appliances, there is a washer and dryer provided, but by far the best selling points are the two sparkling clean pools and hot tubs. The grounds are beautiful and impeccably maintained. There are pros and cons of the location. The complex is tucked away between two busy highways. Vons grocery store is right across the street, Trader Joe’s & Target are within walking distance. Downtown Palm Springs is about a ten minute drive and there is a lovely golf course a block away. On the downside, we had a few issues with overall cleanliness & cluttered storage space but our host was super responsive & all was quickly resolved. It’s not the quietest place-there is traffic noise from the very busy Highway 111. But the condo is located towards the back of the complex and the master bedroom is thankfully on the side of a much quieter inner courtyard so the noise didn’t bother us at night. Overall, we enjoyed our six week stay and would definitely recommend it for snowbirds!

Nicely located 10 minutes from airport, close to downtown Palm Springs. The apartment is nicely furnished with well supply of lines and cooking utensils. The two pools and two hot tubs and grounds were well kept in a gated community. The one pool and hot tub is close to unit. When we arrived owner had bottled water, bread, jam/peanut butter and a bowl oh mini candy bars for our use. We would definitely rent again if we came back to this area. Quite neighborhood and owner quickly response to text messages.
