It's easy to get to the accommodation from the city centre, there are a number of shops nearby, and the area is quite peaceful.
The full bathroom upstairs is big and very new; I didn't use the kitchen, but it did look quite nice too.
The room was smaller than what I was expecting, there appeared to be mould in two corners. The upstair floor was too squeaky, you could hear people moving around the second floor.

Very clean and close to city centre. Bus stop right outside, CO-OP and takeaways close by. Neighbourhood was v quiet. Washing machine in house was appreciated.
Would've liked an extra pillow and house was a bit cold.

25 min walk from belfast centre, there is a coop across the road and the room was large with good heating and good curtains. If you need a cheap stay this will work.
There is 0 sound proofing in the property, unfortunately we could hear the occupant above us whenever we were in the room. As its a unstaffed guesthouse/ HMO style the bathrooms in particular were not very clean. Beds were very uncomfortable.
