Maison chaleureuse avec terrasse et vue baie

Logement très bien équipé, très bonne literie.

La lunette des toilettes mériterait d'être remplacée !

Mieszkanie znajduje się w dogodnej lokalizacji (w centrum Avranches, blisko do Mont-Saint-Michel). Jest salon z tv, sypialnia, łazienka z prysznicem i mała kuchnia. Miejsce parkingowe bezpośrednio przed wejściem na podwórku. Z salonu wyjście do ogrodu, gdzie z samego krańca przy dobrej widoczności można dojrzeć Mont-Saint-Michel. Pralka na wyposażeniu.

W mieszkaniu jest dość wilgotno, brak okna w łazience. Zamek przy drzwiach wejściowych się zacinał (zauważyliśmy w niedzielę rano, zgłosiliśmy gospodarzom przy wyjeździe w poniedziałek). Uszkodzona roleta w sypialni. Brak dobrego ekspresu do kawy.

L'emplacement est parfait. Silencieux, le charme de la campagne à 20min en voiture de plages peu fréquentées... le centre ville historique à côté, une zone commerciale en contrebas, juste au dessus il y a le jardin des plantes avec une table d'orientation. Il suffit de monter les quelques marches du jardin et de passer le portillon pour retrouver la même vue sur la baie du mont saint michel! L'hôtesse a été extrêmement prévenante malgré quelques contrariétés d'emploi du temps de notre part. Nous projetons de revenir dans la même location un jour prochain!

Le parasol extérieur n'était pas fonctionnel. Il y avait un aspirateur mais pas de balai. Mais autrement rien à redire.

The house is very well located, very close to the supermarket and the city center. Located right next to the Botanical Garden. It has a beautiful private garden for sunbathing and outdoor dining. Barbecues are allowed. Parking is available in front of the house. La casa está muy bien ubicada, muy cerca del supermercado y del centro de la ciudad. Ubicado justo al lado del Jardín de Plantas. Cuenta con un hermoso jardín privado para tomar el sol y comer fuera. Se puede hacer barbacoa. El parking enfrente de casa.

Poor service from Tiffany (the owner),who left a folder with instructions and photos that we read carefully. She said we should let her know when we arrived at the house, which we did. She didn't respond and never welcomed us. However, on the day we left, she wrote to tell me that we had used the bedding that was in the private closet. We opened a closet that had no sign on it because we were looking for bedding for the sofa bed that my children would use.The cleaning lady left gray towels and gray bedding all together, and I didn't see them, so I used the flowered sheets I found in another closet, and she made a big deal about having to wash some sheets instead of others. I insisted that there was no closet with a “private” sign on it, asked her to send me a photo, and she sent me the photo attached. She wrote the sign by hand before sending me the photo. We didn't break or misplace anything. I should also mention that the sofa bed was uncomfortable Mala atención por parte de Tiffany (la propietaria), quien dejó una carpeta con indicaciones y fotos que leímos detenidamente. Indicó que debíamos avisarle cuando llegáramos a la casa, y así fue. No respondió, nunca nos dio la bienvenida. La chica que limpia dejó toallas grises y ropa de cama gris toda junta y no la vi, así es que usé las sábanas de flores que encontré en otro armario e hizo un drama porque tuvieron que lavar unas sábanas en lugar de otras. Le insistí en que no había ningún armario que pusiera el cartel de "privado", le pedí que me enviara una foto y me envió la foto que adjunto. No rompimos ni extraviamos nada. En fin, tampoco me deseó feliz viaje.
