Location great. Views great. Size great. Quiet.
Washing machine is disconnected so should not feature on facilities. Iron needs replacing as steamer not working. Lots of dust. Nearly all furniture tired. Many light fittings are disconnected so adds to messy / tiredness.

L'emplacement, la vue époustouflante, la taille de l'hébergement, sa propreté.
Des choses surprenantes pour le prix : des télévisions volontairement inutilisables, le lave-linge débranché, pas de produit de douche, des chaises dans la salle à manger qui partent en morceaux, des coussins qui manquent sur la terrasse, pas de lumière sur la terrasse, etc. Sans compter un système électrique non conforme (prise masquée par du papier, la moitié des lampes qui ne fonctionnent pas, fils électriques dans une gouttière) et le locataire du dessous très intrusif... On s'arrête là, même si on pourrait continuer longtemps... Dommage, cet appartement pourrait être une merveille en étant correctement équipé.
