Good internet
Poorly lit to open the key box outside, poorly lit halway to unlock the door.
Nail clippings all over the floor, stuck to my socks then sstuck in my shoes.
No chair/sofa to sit on, have to lie on the bed,

Everything single thing there is exceptional. From the environment to the apartment to the heating to how clean the apartment is. I will definitely return over and over again.

The promise of parking was not accurate. If someone had not offered up one of their spots, there was no where to park and we would have been fined. The rubbish bins at the front door were full and were not emptied the entire stay. There was only 1 towel on arrival, and although another one was dropped off, it was brand new and needed to be washed still. The courtyard was overgrown and could not be used either.
