Very clean and comfortable caravan. Good location, quiet area and easy access to Immingham and Cleethorpes. Comfortable beds, good parking and everything needed for a few nights stay. Perfect for work trips and family stays.
WiFi could be a little better and prices during school holidays are quite high, but overall we had a very good stay.

The staff at the holiday park were exceptional. They all went above and beyond to make everyone welcome and nothing was hassle. I called because we had difficulties with the key fob to get into the caravan. Within 5 minutes the maintenance person come and fixed the problem.

How spacious it was
The beds we had to cut our holiday a day short due to us all having poorly backs from the beds. Mattresses were far too springy and big for the actual bed frame
