The staff at the holiday park were exceptional. They all went above and beyond to make everyone welcome and nothing was hassle. I called because we had difficulties with the key fob to get into the caravan. Within 5 minutes the maintenance person come and fixed the problem.

Location was perfect for the time we spent in Cleethorpes.
Caravan had everything we needed, just remember to bring your own towels as none provided but it does state that when booking.
Caravan was a bit wobbly when walking around in it & no decking as stated in advert.
Was no problem when we were there as we didn't have the weather or time to sit out. Just a shame if someone was going for a relaxing holiday & wanted to sit outdoors.
Both ensuite & bathroom were very small & getting into bed was a tight squeeze.

Nice little site close to beach for the dog. Pool is a lovely area and the outside bar area.
Staff did nothing when several parents were intoxicated on the Saturday evening in the show bar. one parent was so drunk he fell on the dance floor with his daughter on his shoulders, the child looked injured and I was shocked to see staff do nothing. I think children should leave when it’s adult time bingo/ entertainment. Parents seen shouting at their children which was totally unacceptable and upsetting to see.
