Location, just a 5-minute walk to the metro. The apartment is cozy, bright, clean, and comfortable, with windows facing a quiet courtyard garden. There is a large balcony, perfect for enjoying coffee or breakfast. Many good restaurants are nearby. Also there are supermarket and pharmacy in 2 min walk .The host is very kind and helpful, always available, and gave us great recommendations. We also appreciated the late check-out. Parking is available, and it’s only about 5 minutes by taxi to the central station if needed.

Quiet apartment in two plans.
Sunny balcony, great location w. supermarket and restaurants near by.
The refrigerator was noisy at night (close to one of the beds)

It was very modern, clean comfortable apartment with lots of storage. Bonus to laundry facilities, and a large bathroom. Kitchen was good for cooking small meals. The manager was excellent and very responsive and the cleaning staff was great.

- extremely helpful and welcoming host; they will show around the place on arrival, explaining all details and making you feel welcome and ready to start your day; also very responsive and flexible
- very nice layout, spacious studio
- good design choice of colors
- good blanket, table, comfortable bed
- large windows with a nice view
- very quiet outside, as it is in courtyard. No car noises, no noises at all from the outside
- very decent breakfast available
- all utensils in the kitchen ready to use
- very clean
- very nice neighbourhood
- the only problem is the soundproofing, which is non existent. You will hear the people above you talking, walking, and all the neighbours. Even if people are respectful, because of the very bad noise insulation you'll hear them no matter how quiet they are. Also, some people will obviously check in late in the evening, and this generates constant disturbance.
