Steps away from a spacious green area park with a large playground. 30 minutes to downtown Sacramento, 1.5 hours to Tahoe, San Francisco or Napa, and too many local attractions to list! Welcome to beautiful wonderland where functionality meets practicality and design! This newly renovated, one level, all fenced home is located on a safe quiet neighborhood street. Whole house is lovingly set up for the needs of all your family members. This house feels very specious and has multiple sitting areas for conversations and dining inside and outside. You will love watching sunsets through the trees on a lazy relaxing afternoon. Play in the pool, spa, or the garage playroom or venture out and rent motorized as well as non-motorized sports at Folsom Lake. Enjoy great hiking and biking trails around the lake. Sacramento Aquatic center also provides non-motorized water sport rentals. Paddleboarding or kayaking anyone? Multiple wineries and craft breweries to visit and explore. Thunder Valley Casino for the fate temping kind. Kids' activities include Sunsplash Water Park, Quarry Park Adventures, Sacramento Zoo and Fairyland, bowling, mini golf, bumper cars to name a few. Guest satisfaction and happiness are our number one priority. We only own and operate two houses (soon to be 3) as short-term rentals and take a lot of pride in it. Both houses are within a mile from each other, and we live nearby also. We are always available to assist our guests with any questions or concerns. We stayed here for Thanksgiving & were so impressed with everything! The house is beautifully designed to accommodate our large family (4 adults & 3 kids) comfortably and was impeccably clean. There is plenty of space in the common areas inside & outside. My kids were thrilled to play with the many toys available & loved the garage. The kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs & appliances are top notch. The neighborhood is adorable and there is a park conveniently 2 blocks away. We plan to come back in the summer!

Maria is an amazing hostess - her home was spectacular! I can't even put into words how much fun we had there. All the special touches like snacks, yummy smelling soaps in each bathroom, the fun kids room, towels, linens and extra blankets were all great. The backyard oasis was incredible - we spent many hours swimming in the pool and jacuzzi, and just "talking story" underneath the gazebo. The thought and care of all amenities provided to make everyone so comfortable is so appreciated. The serape wraps for evenings outside was so nice, and pool floaties fun for all. Thank you Maria, I would love to come and stay again - we made so many memories this weekend at your lovely home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Kissing Turtle Lagoon! Such a beautiful home with a relaxing and gorgeous backyard. It was a perfect getaway for our family! We hope to visit again in the future.
