We offer 30 day and longer term stays that are perfect for Snow Birds or just want to escape to some Warm Weather. This is a ground floor-unit with over 1500 sq ft, with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, & an private yard with BBQ and Fire Pit. The condominium community is gated with a resort style pool, fire feature, seating area, outdoor grills, private dog park and captivating mountain views.
Each bedroom has its own deluxe bathroom, walk in closet, and personal patio access. The open concept living room area has 9' ceilings with exposed beams, sliding doors onto patios. The unit uses brand new environmentally conscious elements, including low-e glass, LED lighting, tankless water-heaters, and has electric car charging ports. The open concept living room area has 9' ceilings with exposed beams, 8' tall sliding doors onto patios. The kitchen has quartz terrazzo countertops, and custom cabinetry.
You will have an assigned covered parking spot next to the unit. There are additional uncovered parking spots for friends and family.
The unit's patio is completely gated and hidden by tall hedges. Some road noise can be heard from Indian Canyon road when outside on the patio.

We had a lovely 3 months at the very new condominium at the Riv. It is designed beautifully and just like the photos, maybe better. Michael was very responsive and great to deal with . Its in an easy location to get around anywhere in Palm Springs.
