This charming one-level ranch-style home offers the best of both worlds – a spacious, flat yard beside a gently flowing mountain river and the unbeatable convenience of being just a short, half mile walk to downtown Pigeon Forge. Whether you’re here for a peaceful retreat, a fun-filled family vacation, or a friends’ trip packed with adventure, Mountain Stream is the ideal home base for making unforgettable memories.
Step Inside – Warm & Welcoming Comfort
From the moment you open the door, you’ll be greeted by the inviting living room, where a floor-to-ceiling stone gas fireplace takes center stage. The seasonal fireplace adds cozy mountain charm, perfect for chilly evenings after a day of exploring.
Above the mantle, you’ll find a Smart TV for movie nights, and for a little friendly competition, there’s a classic video arcade game ready to bring out your inner kid.
Fully Equipped Kitchen & Dining with a View
To the left of the living room is a walk-through kitchen featuring plenty of counter space, ample cabinets, and all the cookware and appliances you need to whip up delicious home-cooked meals.
Enjoy your morning coffee or family dinners at the dining table set beside a large picture window, where you can watch the river flow by – and if you’re lucky, you might spot ducks or geese drifting along.
A laundry room with a washer and dryer is conveniently located just off the kitchen, making longer stays even easier.

Down the hallway to the right, you’ll find all four bedrooms and two full bathrooms:
First Bedroom: Two sets of twin bunk beds and a TV – perfect for kids or teens.
Shared Hall Bathroom: Sink, toilet, and a shower/tub combo.
Second & Third Bedrooms: Each with a queen bed and TV, offering a cozy space to unwind after the day’s adventures.
Master Suite: A spacious retreat with a king bed, TV, walk-in closet, and a private ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet.
Outdoor Living – Riverside Relaxation

Overall enjoyed the stay! Great location and house overall was nice. Did find one of the recliners seemed to not be working and for some reason we could not get the microwave to work. Obviously staying over Thanksgiving it was nothing worth bothering people over it to leave their families to come to fix, so we just made a note of it. Also I think the batteries on the front door digital lock were getting low cause it seemed to only take the code half the time! But again these are all just minor things!!! Beautiful little house, has a very pretty little stream beside it we actually used for some family photos, right off the parkway.

The yard was big and the weather was beautiful so our grand kids played outside. Very convenient to the strip and awesome restaurants. Very clean. We had an issue opening the door and called the emergency number and they immediately helped us and were very kind and efficient and knowledgeable.
