Posizionata nel centro storico di Viterbo la struttura è a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro cittadino. La città è dotata di diversi parcheggi anche gratuiti il più grande, il c.d. "parcheggio di valle Faul", è ubicato a circa ottocento metri dall'abitazione.

Excellent location! The property is just off the main street running through the old town. Serena was a great host, good communication and instructions. The apartment is spacious and clean. You can drive up to the door to drop the bags off and then park in the nearby square or larger car park 10min walk away.

Casa davvero bella, grande e curata. Minimal indispensabile all'interno della casa. Bello il terrazzino esterno anche se i divanetti dovrebbero essere rivisti.
Rigidità nei rapporti interpersonali con lo staff. Appartamento al secondo piano senza ascensore di un palazzo strutturalmente non ben messo, sporco, nel centro storico. Grandissima difficoltà nel parcheggiare, complice forse il weekend. Macchinetta del caffè sporca, erogava dei pezzetti neri (presumo caffè vecchio) assieme all'acqua.
