I did like the well organized nature of the place. The host was reasonably easy to reach over the phone/internet. The keys were where they should have been. Inside the room everything worked as advertised, nothing was broken or out of order.
The room had unpleasant smell - coming from bathroom. something like mold or dampness.
Toilet wasn't flushed when I arrived. In general could use more cleaning.
While room size is openly displayed I would like to mention it is smaller then you think. Same with bathroom.
Breakfast was fine, but not really worth it in the end. also if you are not in the room when it is delivered - you loose it.

Very modern interior. Extremely helpful staff. All important locations can be reached by (cheap) public transport, some even by a 20-30 minutes walk. Parking in the neighbourhood is tricky, but not impossible

It’s comfortable and close to the center. It was clean.
Walls are too slim and you can hear everything from another rooms. In another hand first day my breakfast was not delivered and when I ask to the personal that didn’t tell me about a solution.
