About this apartment rental
This charming 120 m² flat with wifi, which can accommodate up to ten people, is available to rent in Marseille. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 33 m² living room, fitted kitchen, five good bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The flat is ideally located in Marseille, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
The flat comprises
- a 33 m² living room with TV
- a fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso pod coffee machine, etc.
- five bedrooms with 5 double beds
- a bathroom with shower
- a separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Given the residential area, no parties or noise pollution will be tolerated.
We are in constant contact with our neighbours, who ensure that the area remains calm.
If we receive any complaints about noise pollution, we will be obliged to cancel your booking without refund. Thank you for your understanding.
Public transport :
- The T3 tramway line passes at the foot of the building, and metro lines 1 and 2 are accessible from Castellane station, 3 stops away.
- The nearest car park is Q-Park Baret Saint-Ferréol.
- Saint Charles station is 15 minutes away by public transport via Metro 2 Station Notre-Dame du Mont, or on foot.
- The airport is accessible by shuttle bus to Saint Charles station, but we advise you to use taxis or Uber-type drivers.

Le Priviliane "We loved our stay in this beautiful apartment. It was spacious, clean, well maintained and in a brilliant location. It looked just like the photos, with comfortable rooms and a brilliant kitchen and living space.
Communication and key collection was really easy and we felt welcome and ready for our stay. We also found the accommodation quiet and peaceful for sleeping.
You are 10 minutes from the port and a stroll from delicious eateries.
Highly recommend staying here"

Le Priviliane "Beautiful apartment, so airy - LOVE the windows, mini terraces and high ceilings. The ceiling fans are a given in European apartments but was especially great it was working smoothly (summer heat) & remote control. The apartment was clean (the chairs, table and some dishes were dirty but no fuss, we cleaned them) - cleaning products were available. Clean bathrooms and spacious living space.
Very chic area, majority of things are walking distance and with 9 of us there was still space to do whatever we wanted. Host was extremely responsive and so helpful too - will definitely be coming back if I do another big girl group trip.
Cons:
• Wifi does not reach everywhere and sometimes quits. I had to use my mobile hotspot to use smart tv whenever we had our lazy chill moments
• Leaky shower in the big bathroom- we had to always mop the floor because of a puddle per person
Overall I highly recommend this place if you are in need of stunning, spacious & fun place for a big group trip!"
