House was very clean and had everything we needed. Big bonus was the game room and bedroom in the basement. Plenty of room for my family

Amenities were as advertised and the grandkids enjoyed them. We didn’t really have time to use the hot tub but I checked the water and it was clean and warm. This place is west of Bryson City but we did the ride back and forth 3 or 4 times with no complaints. There was plenty of wood in the parking area to keep the fire pit well stocked. We all enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this get-away spot.

House has everything you need for relaxing visit. Was very clean and lots of space. Game room perfect to keep everyone entertained. Would definitely stay again. Two thumbs up

Hot tub was not working during our trip. House was comfortable. Excessive labeling of things was a little much.
